| Well ive been thinking about it, and i think it would be nice to make some '' questing'' for initiate. Something they should do before getting the rank of member. It would be nice to post some suggestion here. EX: Screen shot of em at some place Gather some items Have a certain lvl etc Shoot out some idea  | |

| well actually, 5 non spam post is a nice idea to make ppl active on forum, but... the idea to make some guild quest is only to make them work for thir status too  | |

| That's actually a good idea.
Make them work to become member.
Ex. Gather x stacks of material we can use to create items for Guild Vault. That way they are active in helping out the guild and they can say they really 'earned' their rank. | |

| dunno, i'm having hard time on making them to do the first step and write the profs..
some even left cuz they simply don't want to waste their time on guild forum...
what makes u think that all that + some quest will work for them? | |

| Actually, would you prefer to have a really large Guild of ppl ... that don't care of the guild? or ppl that try to help the guild? Id add: Help a lower lvl member or offer help often | |

| I'm spamming the guild channel all week long and it pays of. That they don't wanna use the forum i can live a bit with but they need to put at least their pofession in their info. Most of them do, so that's a plus  Helping out others is in my opinion the best way to get ranked up. | |
